CO₂ fractional and Nd:YAG laser treatments that resurface, tighten and renew — reducing wrinkles, acne scars, open pores and pigmentation with clinically proven results on Indian skin.
Each concern has an optimal laser protocol. Our dermatologist selects the right combination for your skin type and severity — not a one-size-fits-all machine.
Microcolumns of ablative energy stimulate deep collagen remodelling — tightening lax skin, smoothing perioral lines, forehead wrinkles, and crow's feet without injectables.
Fractional ablative CO₂ combined with RF micro-needling breaks down scar tissue and rebuilds the dermis. Effective for ice-pick, rolling, and boxcar scars on Indian skin.
Non-ablative Nd:YAG heats the dermis, triggering collagen that physically tightens pore walls. No surface damage, no downtime — ideal for oily and combination skin types.
Superficial ablative fractional resurfacing removes damaged outer skin layers and replaces them with fresh, smooth epidermis. Skin feels dramatically smoother after just one session.
Q-switched pulses shatter melanin deposits and stimulate epidermal renewal — revealing brighter, more even skin. Treats photoageing, sun spots, and post-inflammatory dullness.
Fractional resurfacing on striae distensae remodels the atrophic scar tissue — improving colour, texture, and depth. Most effective on newer (red/purple) stretch marks.
Each session is planned, supervised, and reviewed by our dermatologist. Here is the full process from first appointment to final result.
Your dermatologist uses a digital dermoscope and Wood's lamp to assess skin damage depth, melanin distribution, and your Fitzpatrick type (I–VI). This determines the exact laser, wavelength, and energy settings — critical for avoiding complications on darker skin.
For ablative CO₂ treatments, a priming protocol starts 2 weeks before: sunscreen SPF 50 twice daily, a topical retinoid at night, and a depigmenting serum (for pigmented concerns). This maximises results and minimises post-treatment hyperpigmentation risk.
A prescription numbing cream (EMLA or equivalent) is applied to the treatment area and left for 45 minutes under occlusion. This makes the procedure virtually painless for most patients.
The dermatologist delivers the laser passes in a precise pattern — typically 2–3 passes for ablative work, more for non-ablative. A cooling device protects the epidermis between pulses. Total treatment time is 20–45 minutes depending on the area.
Immediately post-treatment, a chilled hyaluronic acid sheet mask soothes redness and heat. You leave with a complete aftercare kit — healing ointment, SPF 50+, and written care instructions.
A follow-up at 4–6 weeks lets us photograph and compare results, adjust parameters if needed, and plan the next session. Collagen remodelling continues for 3–6 months after the final session.
Most laser clinics optimise for Fitzpatrick I–III. Indian skin (Fitzpatrick IV–VI) requires different wavelengths, lower fluence, and mandatory priming. We are trained for this.
At Supreme Elite Clinic, every laser session is performed by a qualified dermatologist, not a beautician or technician. Parameters are set and adjusted in real time based on your skin's response.
We use only branded, certified laser systems with published clinical data. No generic machines, no unverified technology — your skin deserves the same standard as any premium clinic.
Every patient leaves with a written aftercare plan, an SPF 50+ sunscreen, and a 48-hour helpline number. Post-treatment skin is vulnerable — we do not leave you without support.
Standardised clinical photography at every visit lets you see objective improvement — not just feel it. We track your results and adjust protocols based on measurable progress.

10,600nm wavelength. Ablative fractional mode creates micro-channels that remove damaged skin while leaving surrounding tissue intact to accelerate healing.
Scars · Wrinkles · TextureNon-ablative long-pulse and Q-switched modes. Deeper penetration with minimal surface interaction — the safest wavelength for Fitzpatrick IV–VI skin.
Pores · Pigmentation · ToningUltra-short nanosecond pulses selectively shatter melanin pigment clusters without heating surrounding tissue. Gold standard for melasma, sun spots, and tattoo removal.
Pigmentation · Sun SpotsFractional radiofrequency delivered through insulated microneedles directly into the dermis. Bypasses the epidermis — safe for all skin tones with maximum collagen stimulation.
