Follicular Unit Extraction — the gold standard in permanent hair restoration. Individual follicles harvested from your donor zone and implanted with precision, leaving no linear scar and natural-looking results for life.
FUE is the most versatile hair restoration surgery available. Beyond scalp hair loss, it also addresses beard, eyebrow and body hair needs.
Norwood II–VI. We design a natural hairline with appropriate temporal recession for your age, and fill crown thinning with dense grafts — typically 2,000–4,000 grafts per session.
Ludwig I–III with adequate donor supply. FUE restores density in the central part and frontal zone. Female candidates are carefully screened — not all female hair loss is surgical.
Patchy beard, absent mustache, or scarring alopecia in the facial hair zone. 500–1,500 grafts from the scalp or nape create natural beard density and growth direction.
Hair transplant into scalp scars from old FUT (strip) procedures, accidents, or burns. Follicles survive in scar tissue when placed with sufficient density and proper depth.
3,500–5,000+ grafts in a single day for extensive baldness. Requires careful donor density assessment. Our mega-session protocol includes same-day PRP for improved graft survival.
FUE is performed under local anaesthesia in a single day. The procedure takes 6–10 hours depending on graft count — you remain awake and comfortable throughout.
Digital scalp analysis assesses donor density, recipient zone requirements and hairline design. Blood tests confirm candidacy. A personalised graft count estimate and written quote are provided.
The donor area (typically the occipital and temporal scalp — naturally DHT-resistant) is shaved and cleaned. Local anaesthesia is administered. You may wear a cap or hat immediately after to conceal the donor zone.
Individual follicular units (1–4 hairs each) are extracted one-by-one using a 0.7–0.9 mm micro-punch. The technique leaves no linear scar — only tiny circular marks that heal invisibly within 7–10 days.
Micro-slits are made in the thinning zone at precise angles matching natural growth. Grafts are implanted using a Choi implanter pen for maximum density and survival. This is the most skill-dependent stage.
Immediately post-procedure, PRP is injected across the recipient zone — improving graft survival by 30–40%. A full aftercare kit, sleep position guide and follow-up schedule is provided on the day.
We do not operate an assembly-line transplant practice. Each surgery is supervised by our dermatologist from extraction through implantation — no delegation to junior technicians for critical stages.
Simultaneous slit creation and graft placement minimises graft out-of-body time, reducing transection and dramatically improving survival rates compared to older slitting-then-placing methods.
Hairline design accounts for your face shape, age, Norwood progression trajectory and donor reserve — never an aggressively low line that looks unnatural at 50.
Every FUE package includes same-day PRP, a 3-month PRP session for shock loss prevention, and two trichoscopy follow-ups at 6 and 12 months to assess graft growth.
We count all extracted grafts under magnification and provide a written record. You know exactly how many grafts you received — not an estimate given after the fact.
Understanding the technical differences between transplant techniques helps you make an informed decision.

FUE requires stable hair loss, adequate donor density, and realistic expectations. We will not recommend surgery if medical management or PRP can achieve a satisfactory result — or if your donor supply is insufficient for the coverage you expect.
Stop aspirin/ibuprofen 7 days before. No alcohol 3 days before. Eat a full breakfast on surgery day. Wear a button-front shirt. Arrange someone to drive you home. Avoid smoking 2 weeks before and after.
